Error description
- Make sure we only come up after the network subsystem is up. (#2) - Add some sort of message that indicates DataPower was not able to mount the host filesystem so the failure does not happen silently.
Local fix
Manually add After=network-online.target in datapower.service.
Problem summary
DataPower systemd service will start after multi-user.target and network-online.target.
Problem conclusion

Temporary fix
