• spectrum control launches a second probe job for no apparent
  reason after one has already been started and is running. the
  second job fails because one is already running.

  * Apply fix maintenance when available                         *

  This APAR fixes the Schedule module, so no duplicates probe jobs
  are
  scheduled to run on the same day, eliminating the overlap.
