Error description

• The mqsireportflowstats command stops with BIP8036E when it
  encounters a stopped flow. If other flows are running, they
  will be reported only if they are processed before the stopped
  flow in order of deployment, otherwise they will not be reported

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM Integration Bus who are executing
  mqsireportflowstats command, while some flows are stopped
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  z/OS, MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When the mqsireportflowstats command encounters a stopped flow,
  it stops with BIP8036E. If other flows are running, they will be
  only reported if they are processed before the stopped flow in
  order of deployment, otherwise they will not be reported.

• The mqsireportflowstats command no longer stops when it
  encounters a stopped flow
