APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The alert notifications failed and are not sending to
TEC/Omnibus console after upgrade to SC 5.2.15.2 because an
error that are logged under traceAlertServer logs :
i.e.
[ERROR] Failed to process Alert distribution for alert Id:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.ibm.tpc.ServiceUtils
(initialization failure)

The expectation is no error to be reported, the alert
notification configured for TEC/Omnibus console should be sent
without issue.
