Error description

• The issue occurs when there's a configuration change such as
  node replacement.  This may cause failure while trying to
  process the 1-min samples into 5-minute sample summarization. 
  The following error message will be seen.
  
  HWNPM2133W Performance data could not be collected for device
  SVC_xxxx (xxxxxxx) due to an unknown error. The current samples
  are skipped.
