Error description

• While upgrading IBM Spectrum Control 5.2.x to 5.2.15.1 the
  database upgrade fails with an error.
  
  In C:\IBM\TPC\logs\log\traceInstaller_0.log.1 it ends with:

Local fix

• The workaround is to edit tpcdb.xml in both the SC media image
  and SC installation directory with these changes:
  
  Update these files (do not forget to save and close those files
  before running the SC installer again):
  
  <SC_cd_image>/scripts/ant/tpcdb.xml
  
  <SC_installation_directory>/config/install/tpcdb.xml

  Searching for:
  
  <pathelement path="${EXTRACTOR_DIR}\lib\db2jcc_license_cu.jar"
  />
  
  and adding a new line directly under that like:
  
  <pathelement path="${EXTRACTOR_DIR}/lib/devsrv_logging.jar" />

  And by searching for:
  
  <pathelement path="${EXTRACTOR_DIR}/lib/db2jcc_license_cu.jar"
  />
  
  and adding a new line directly under that like:
