  USERS AFFECTED:
  All IBM Integration Toolkit V9.0 and V10.0 users using the
  WebSphere Transformation Extender map.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  Linux on x86-64 platform, Windows on x86-64 platform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When rebuilding bar file with mar files in it, sometimes the mar
  file doesn't get added to the bar file.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem occurred because at times the mar file failed to
  compile
