Error description
The following message may be encountered when issuing a MOVE CONTAINER command: ANR0203E MOVE CONTAINER process 2 terminated for /tsmserver/dirc1/00/00000000000e7.dcf - insufficient space in directory /tsmserver/dirc4. If the above message is encountered and there is plenty of space in the directory container then you may be effected by the APAR. Spectrum Protect Manager Versions Affected: Server 8.1.1 and higher Customer/L2 Diagnostics (If Applicable) First, you will need to get the container ID of the source container. For example if the source container is /tsmserver/dirc1/03/000000000385.dcf, you would run the following SQL commands: db2 connect to TSMDB1 db2 set schema=TSMDB1 db2 "select cntrid from SD_CONTAINERS where CNTRNAME like '%/tsmserver/dirc1/03/000000000385.dcf%'" Results: CNTRID ----------- 901 Once you have the container ID you can use the SQL below to count the number of non block aligned chunks: db2 connect to tsmdb1 db2 set schema tsmdb1 db2 "select count( mod(offset,4096) != 0 ) from sd_chunk_locations where CNTRID=901" Results: 1 ----------- 108 If the number of non block aligned chunks is greater than 0 then it matches this APAR. Initial Impact: Low Additional Keywords: TSM Containers Space full out of space |MDVREGR 8.1.1.0|
