Error description
Node and administrators fail to log in to a server that has been migrated from one platform to another if the two platforms have different endianness. For example after migrating a server from AIX to Linux x86_64, message ANR0150E will be issued whenever a node or admin defined with AUTHENTICATION=LOCAL connects to the server ANR0150E Failed to open Node 812BKGT40_1. There was an error decrypting the Node password. ANR0150E Failed to open Admin ADMIN. There was an error decrypting the Admin password.
Local fix
Issue UPDATE NODE or UPDATE ADMIN to reset the respective password.
