APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Node and administrators fail to log in to a server that has been
  migrated from one platform to another if the two platforms have
  different endianness.   For example after migrating a server
  from AIX to Linux x86_64, message ANR0150E will be issued
  whenever a node or admin defined with AUTHENTICATION=LOCAL
  connects to the server
  
  ANR0150E Failed to open Node 812BKGT40_1. There was an error
  decrypting the Node password.
  ANR0150E Failed to open Admin ADMIN. There was an error
  decrypting the Admin password.
  

Local fix

• Issue UPDATE NODE or UPDATE ADMIN to reset the respective
  password.
