  message advising "The operation was unsuccessful. HTTP status
  code: '411'".d

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  This issue will have an impact on all users of IBM Integration
  v10 using a REST service.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform, z/OS

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When a user attempts  to override a rest request operation at
  runtime the new operation parameters are not picked up and the
  original values are used incorrectly. This can lead to
  unexpected behaviour causing error messages.
  

Problem conclusion

• The error was caused due to the incorrect operation object being
  called from within a function. This error has now be corrected
  and has been tested to ensure the correct operation object is
  now called.
