the CICS Transaction Gateway (CTG). The CTG error message is
'CTG9631E Error occurred during an interaction with CICS:
    ECI_ERR_NO_CICS, error code: -3 '.

and service tracing of the connection attempt shows a
     "java.io.IOException: Already connected"
    exception in the CTG code.

The CTG jars used by Integration Bus need updating to include
    CTG APAR PI33085.
