IT21868: THE INSTALL.EXE IN 6.3.6.100-TIV-TSMSTA-WINDOWSI32.EXE FAILS WITH WINDOWS ERROR 216.

Error description

• When "install.exe" program in
  6.3.6.100-TIV-TSMSTA-WindowsI32.exe is executed on Windows 2008
  32bit OS, it fails with windows error message as below.
  
    [LaunchAnywhere Error]
      "Windows error 216 occurred while loading the Java VM"
  
  
  The package is 32-bit but the Java that was included in the
  installer is 64-bit.

Local fix

• Please execute install.exe with IBM java.
  
    install.exe LAX_VM /path/to/system/java.exe
  
  IBM java is installed in tsm client 6.4.X package.
  Please install tsm client 6.4.X onto the server machine
  and then execute install.exe with IBM java.
