• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Domain users who are using the same user and password for DB2
  and Spectrum Control are presented with 2 options in the change
  passwords tool (changepasswords.bat or changepasswords.sh):
  
  + Change IBM Spectrum Control Passwords
  + Change DB2 Password
  
  Rather, they expected to see a single option for changing the
  password since 1 domain account user was used to install both.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * When running the IBM Spectrum Control changepassword tool    *
  * (changepasswords.bat or changepasswords.sh), if the Spectrum *
  * Control common user and Spectrum Control database user are   *
  * the same there should be one single option to change the IBM *
  * Spectrum Control and DB2 Passwords simultaneously.  Instead  *
  * the domain users who were using the same user and password   *
  * for DB2 and Spectrum Control are presented with 2 options in *
  * the change passwords tool:                                   *

  *   + Change IBM Spectrum Control Passwords                    *
  *   + Change DB2 Password                                      *
  *                                                              *
  * The expectation is a single option for changing the password *
