Error description

• Using PComm v12.0.2, on Windows 7 64 bit (IBM desktop build)
  when I attempt to configure the Link Parameters for a VT
  (ASCII) session, PComm hangs and displays the message
  "PCSWS.EXE has stopped working."
  
  This occurs immediately when I click the "Link Parameters"
  button.  It happens consistently.

  Below are the steps to recreate the problem:
  .
  1. Start a new IBM Personal communications emulator session.
  2. IBM Personal Communications emulator session displays
  "Customize Communication" dialog.
  3. Select "Attachment:"  type as "VT over Telnet" on the
  "Customize Communication" dialog.
  4. Click on "Link Parameters..." which displays the
  "TelnetASCII" dialog.
  .
  Emulator session crashes with the message "PCSWS.EXE has stopped
  working."
  

Problem conclusion

• "TelnetASCII" dialog was accessing invalid data. PCSWS.EXE code
  changes have been made to validate the data correctly.
  
  Fix scheduled for IBM Personal Communications 6.0.19 and 12.0.3
  Refresh Packs.
