APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The process that executes the performance collection expects the
  name of the system in order to retrieve the CIM instance from
  the SMI-S provider. Instead of the name, the ID was passed in,
  and the process was not able to find the system with that name.
  The fix is to check if a system with an ID matches if the name
  doesn't. This may happen if the name of the system was changed.
