APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Integration servers, applications and libraries do not have a
direct setting for whether the test record method is enabled or
not. Instead these container objects will query all of the
message flows within them to see if any flow is enabled for
recording messages. If at least one flow is enabled then
getTestRecordMode() will return Enabled. If not, then Disabled
    will be returned.

A defect exists such that the value will return Disabled even
if one flow within the container was Enabled.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

A defect existed such that the value returned was Disabled even
if one flow within the container was Enabled.

Problem conclusion

  • The product has been modified so that the Integration API's
getTestRecordMode() now accurately reflects the state of the
message flows within ExecutionGroupProxy, ApplicationProxy and
    LibraryProxy objects.
