The restore of a database from a VMVSS backup may terminate with the following messages: ANS1086E (RC104) File not found during Backup, Archive or Migrate processing ACO5060E A IBM Spectrum Protect API error has occurred. if the following conditions are met: 1. The database and log files are accessed by their application (either Microsoft SQL or Microsoft Exchange)through mount points. These mount points are located on the same disk (e.g. on c:\mount). 2. Physically, the database files and log files reside on multiple disks. Local fix
There are two options: 1. Mount the vm disks from the VMVSS backup with Recovery Agent and use the database files from these disks to recover the database manually. 2. Use non-VMVSS type backups (VSS or Legacy) until the fix is available
