Error description

• A hub or spoke server can report in the activity log:
  
  ANR1960I Status monitor finished collecting data at  xx:xx:xx
  and will sleep for 5 minutes.
  ANR0102E monstats.c(3102): Error 1202 inserting row in table
  "TSMMon.Status"
  
  each time the status monitor runs.
  
  Server trace (dbconn dbitxn monitor monitor_detail sql ) will
  show  a message like:
  
  xx:xx:xx.xxx [x][dbieval.c][690][DbiEvalSQLOutcomeX]:SQLSTATE
  23505, SQLCODE -803, SQLMsg=[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT64] SQL0803N
  At least one value caused by a DELETE statement in the INSERT
  statement, the UPDATE statement, or the foreign key update is
  invalid
  because the primary key, unique constraint, or the unique index
  specified by "1" prevents the table "TSMDB1.TSMMON_STATUS" from
  duplicating values In the index key.
