Error description

• The Cognos Materialized Query Tables (MQT)
  T_RPT_STORAGE_SUBSYSTEM_KEYS and T_RPT_STORAGE_SUBSYSTEM_PV_KEYS
   are not being properly refreshed.
  The request to refresh the Cognos MQT associated with storage
  subsystem type is not properly scheduled.
  Before the scheduling a new check for an already made request is
  done to avoid redundant updates.
  
  This filter should be improved to allow the Cognos MQTs to be
  properly refreshed.
  
  Affected Releases: Spectrum Control 5.2.12 and 5.2.13.
