Error description

  • After opening a virtual system pattern in the Pattern Builder
using Internet Explorer, clicking on a software component (to
select it) causes the component links to be deleted.

Local fix

  • Contact IBM Support

Problem summary

  • The issue occurred because in Internet Explorer an onmousemove
event is triggered between the onmousedown and onmouseup event
in the Pattern Builder tooling JavaScript.

Problem conclusion

  • A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System and
BlueMix Local System version 2.2.3.0.
