Error description

• A Tivoli Storage Manager 6.3 or 7.1 storage agent connected to
  an IBM Spectrum Protect 7.1.6 or higher server can fail with
  various errors including
  ANR0106E adms2sc.c(15779): Unexpected error 9999 fetching row in
  table "Server.Connect".
  or
  ANR9999D_1285327590 pkLogicAbort(pkthread.c:713) Thread<24>:
  Run-time assertion failed: "rowLen >= 0", Thread 24 (tid
  139965596870400), File smtb.c, Line 3361, reason: Invalid
  encoded column length.
  
  The problem occurs when the storage agent is below level 7.1.6.
  

Local fix

• Upgrade the storage agent to the same level as the server.
