Error description
The email notifications settings for Call Home under System > System Settings > Service and Support Manager > Send Notification, are sent out to all users configured there. However, the reply-to address used to send out those emails does not match the reply-to address set under System > System Settings > Mail Delivery. Further testing showed that Call Home notification emails are sent using the reply-to that matches the first email address of a PureApplication user in the list (internal or LDAP).

Problem summary
Code has been added to check for the "reply-to" address before using the email address associated to the admin administrator ID.
Problem conclusion
A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System and BlueMix Local System version 2.2.3.0.
