APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If PROTECT STGPOOL is running for a pool, additional PROTECT
  STGPOOL commands should not be started for that pool.  The
  server can incorrectly allow multiple PROTECT STGPOOL commands
  for same pool.  When PROTECT STGPOOL is running the server will
  correctly prevent every other PROTECT STGPOOL and incorrectly
  allow every other PROTECT STGPOOL.  For example:
    1st PROTECT STGPOOL normal start
    2nd PROTECT STGPOOL correctly prevented
    3rd PROTECT STGPOOL incorrectly run along with 1st
    4th PROTECT STGPOOL correctly prevented
    5th PROTECT STGPOOL incorrectly run along with 1st and 3rd
  This problem may impact performance.
