Local fix

  • Upgrade the IBM MQ server to at least version 7.5.0.4, or use a
    dmpmqcfg version lower than 7.5.0.4
    

Problem summary

    USERS AFFECTED:
    Users using dmpmqcfg in client mode from an IBM MQ client having
    MQ 7.5.0.4 or higher and connecting to a IBM MQ  queue manager
    with a version lower than 7.5.0.4.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    A thread posted an event when it should not and this forced
    dmpmqcfg to exit early instead of waiting for a subsequent PCF
    message.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code was modified so that the event is posted correctly.
