APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The administrative command line client (dsmadmc) QUERY TOC
  command ends with errors if the -COMMADELIMITED  or
  -TABDELIMITED option is used.
  In some cases the fix for IT14842 does not work and length of a
  buffer may be less than zero.

  As the buffer is calculated incorrectly, dsmadmc returns error.

Problem conclusion

• The error ANS5283E won't appear during the output of dsmadmc if
  a customer uses the option  "-COMMAdelimited" or
  "-TABdelimited".
