APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is a timing window in the IBM Spectrum Protect server code
  that results in the following message being thrown when there is
  a QUERY PROCESS command issued at the same time that a database
  backup process is starting:
  
  ANR9999D_3000086854 icQueryBackup(icback.c:700) Thread<3861692>:
  Query backup process 485; does not match with the current backup
  DB process 0.
  
  The message only documents that the QUERY PROCESS command was
  issued within that little timing window, the message can be
  ignored.
  
  Note: in APAR IT11966 the same message was used to document a
  symptom where the server crashed under the condition. This
  symptom is fixed and the server no longer crashes with the APAR
  applied.
  This APAR is opened to suppress the message under the condition
  reported as the message is not of any use.
  
    IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected: 7.1.5 and newer with
  the fix for IT11966 applied
    Initial Impact: Low
