Error description

• When you have 3 systems in your subdomain, but only include 2
  systems in your environment profile, if you set the Virtual CPU
  limit to 2 per system, the System Console shows 6 rather than 4,
  because it sets the limit on all systems in the subdomain, not
  just the ones referenced by the environment profile.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The console was originally designed to handle a single
  system environment profile. The problem is due to the addition
  of multi-system domains and environment profiles, and the
  resource limit handling. A new message has been added:
  "When updating environment limits for profiles with multiple
  systems, the new values will be applied to each system used
  by the profile. This will result in the final limit value
  being a multiple of what was input."
  

Problem conclusion

• A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System and
  BlueMix Local System version 2.2.3.0.
