Error description
IBM Spectrum Protect Convert storage pool can fail with ANR9999D_2434090812. In thserver activity log you may see the following error: ANR9999D_2434090812 SdCatalogObject(sdcreate.c:3820) Thread<64>: Encounteredan offset 71363749679 whileinvalid dedup chunk with ID of 0 for object 338335569 with inserting SDRO rows.~ This is an unusual and rare condition that can occur depending on the data layout. There are a few conditions that must exist in order to have this problem: 1) You must see the ANR9999D_2434090812. 2) the affected data must have been previously deduplicated. Server trace using SD trace class may show the following: [sdcreate.c][2964][SdWriteDedupData]:Exit: rc=0, totObjChunks 489827, bufLeft 190080 . Notice "bufLeft" in the above line. If "bufLeft" is greater than 0, you may be running into this problem, BufLeft should always be set to 0.
