  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The 'mqsiapplybaroverride' command removes the empty
  configurable node property from the bar file when the property
  file contains a blank line.
  On deploying the bar file, the empty configurable node property
  is inaccessible .

• The mqsiapplybaroverride command no longer removes the empty
