IT18415: Running second time 'run configuration wizard', new prefix of node name is not applied

Error description

• The IBM Spectrum Protect Data Protection for VMware GUI
  configuration wizard provides a field to set a prefix string for
  naming all nodes that will be created by the wizard.  In some
  cases when the wizard is used multiple times, the prefix name
  does not get used, instead the prefix is treated as blank so the
  suggested node names do not include the prefix characters.
