  • Users are unable to create problem tickets using the IBM
    PureApplication Service console. Users get the following error
    message:
    
    CWZIP4661W The user <user name> is not authorized to perform
    the modifications

Problem summary

  • The code checking the user authorization to create
    problem tickets was checking for an unnecessary
    role.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System and
    BlueMix Local System version 2.2.3.0.
