APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In large environments with many optimization jobs, it's
  necessary to reduce the default parameters for optimization jobs
   to lower the workload on data and device server.  New default
  values should be set to avoid requiring the user to change the
  values.  The following parameters need new defaults:
  
  OptAutoController.SyncRate (current default = 75) ( new = 50 )
  OptAutoController.MaxActiveLimit (current default = 15) ( new =
  10)
  OptAutoController.MaxConcurrentSynch (current default = 10) (new
  = 5 )
