Error description

  • When implementing cloud container storage pool using Softlayer,
    node replication may hang.
    
    Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
    IBM Spectrum Protect 7.1.3 and later.
    
    Customer/L2 Diagnostics
    Collect servermon outputs. Review the file instr.txt from the
    target server, there is an unusual high amount of time spent in
    CLOUD DELETE operation. For example,
