Error description

• In a SC environment with 2 or more Spectrum Scale entities , the
  performance fails to collect data.
  In the performance logs you can see :
  HWNPM5410W The performance monitor could not collect performance
  data for the following cluster nodes:
  In the tracePerMgr.log you can find :
  com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlIntegrityConstraintViolationException:
  Error for batch element #2: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-803,
  SQLSTATE=23505, SQLERRMC=1;TPC.T_PRF_ELASTIC_NODE,
  DRIVER=3.65.77
