Error description

• PCOMM 6.0.12.0 We have just started our Pilot for Windows 10.
  After installing PCOMM on windows 10 and reusing the the .ws
  and .keyboard files from 6.0.11.0. We receive the keyboard
  error.
  
  We know PCOM v6 is not supported on Windows 10, but PCOM v12
  gives the same error during our testing.

  Starting IBM Personal Communications v12.0 emulator session
  (PCSWS.EXE) on Windows 10 may cause the following error being
  reported:
  PCSKBD110 - The system keyboard (type=8, subtype=0) is not
  supported.
  With this error, the session will become unusable.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM Personal Communications retrieves information about the
  keyboard type while loading the keyboard module. On some Windows
  10 operating system installations, GetKeyboardType() seems to be
  returning a value which is found invalid for PCOMM to use.
  PCSKBD.DLL code changes have been made to detect invalid return
  code from GetKeyboardType() and reset to the default value.
  Fix scheduled for IBM Personal Communications 12.0.2.0 and
  6.0.19 Refresh Packs
