IT18103: GUI REPORTS FAILED PROBES EVEN THOUGH PROBES SUCCEED

  • Closed as duplicate of another APAR.

Error description

  • The problem is due to the Fabric Manager service in device
    server not being deploying or running.
    This error stems possibly from a previous upgrade.
    In the device server logs the probes complete with success.
    In data server, the service that updates the database status,
    there are errors such as the following:

  • probes actually succeed. This is a cosmetic error whereby the
    GUI reports incorrect data.
