Error description
The problem is due to the Fabric Manager service in device server not being deploying or running. This error stems possibly from a previous upgrade. In the device server logs the probes complete with success. In data server, the service that updates the database status, there are errors such as the following: ''''''''' 2016-11-16 06:33:09.355-0500 STS0306I: Job queued for processing.
