Error description

• Start scripts log the following when trying to start the
  WebSphere Liberty (WLP) hosted Spectrum Control services on
  AIX-based Spectrum Control servers recently upgraded to 5.2.11:
  /opt/IBM/TPC/scripts/startTPCDevice.sh[10]: unlimited: 0403-009
  The specified number is not valid for this command.
  This same error output is seen when issuing any of the following
  scripts:
  /opt/IBM/TPC/scripts/startTPCDevice.sh
  /opt/IBM/TPC/scripts/startTPCWeb.sh
  /opt/IBM/TPC/scripts/startTPCAlert.sh
  Updates are needed to each of the scripts as well as the AIX rc
  scripts.
  RECREATE STEPS:
  Attempt to start the Device, Alert, or Web server processes on
  an AIX-hosted Spectrum control upgraded to 5.2.11

  Server/Manager build/release (TPC):   5.2.11
