APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When adding devices whose names contain slashes (such as
  "ENCTCSVC001/2145-CG8/x"),
  performance monitors will fail with warning HWNPM2132W and error
  HWNPM4301E, regardless
  of how much the timeout is extended.
  

Local fix

• rename the devices and replace the slashes with supported
  characters such as - or _.
