Error description

• A client node that opens many sequential sessions quickly will
  see a performance hit that will increase as the number of
  sessions increase. The performance degradationwill be seen in
  the time it takes to establish the session with the server.

  To have this occur the client must
  1) be associated to a client option set that has a large
  number of options specified
  2) open many sessions (hundreds or more) in quick succession,
  such as a client running an Oracle crosscheck
  .
