• When using the web user interface for business transactions, a
  null pointer can occur when trying to report an error back to
  the user.
  The stack shown is:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The web user-interface was getting an error and the processing
  of the error caused a null pointer exception.
  This stopped the user getting any response from the Integration
  Node.
