Error description

• The INSERT INTO clause does not work with authorization
  identifier of the owner of the result table and gets error -201:
  
  select * from systables into standard 'informix'.my_table;
  201: A syntax error has occurred.
  
  The same select works without owner identifier of the result
  table.
