Error description

• DB2 Application snapshots show queries that need to read
  millions of rows in order to update thousands of rows.  This
  query is inefficient in design and was determined to be related
  to deprecated periodic background tasks running for propagated
  status processing.
  This excessive DB activity contributes to GUI slowness in all
  IBM Spectrum Control versions from 5.2.8 to 5.2.11 inclusive.

  Observe slow GUI performance in versions 5.2.8-5.2.11
