Error description
customer had patches for various issues on their aix tpc 5241 system, and when they upgraded to 5210.1, they were unable to login to the gui due to errors caused by conflicts between the old patches and newer code provided by the upgrade.
Local fix
contact support for assistance with removing old patches manually, then reboot server to correct the issue.
