APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• on systems without X windows, the knowledge center instructs the
  user to run the changepassword_noX.sh script. the installer does
  not copy this script to the <TPC>/service directory so the
  command is not found.
  

Local fix

• locate the script in the install image for aix/linux and copy it
  to the <TPC>/service directory where it can be used.
