APAR status

Error description

• While browsing the web gui, panels will fail to load and pop-up
  BPCUI0002E or BPCUI0000E error messages.
  To diagnose the cause of these, view the
  <install_dir>/web/log/tpctrace*.log and examine for the
  following
  error at the timestamp you notice the messages listed above:
    <openjpa-2.2.1-r422266:1396819 fatal store error>
  org.apache.openjpa.persistence.OptimisticLockException:
  Unable to obtain an object lock on "null".
    <some stack trace here>
    Caused by: com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlTransactionRollbackException:
  DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-911, SQLSTATE=40001,
  SQLERRMC=2, DRIVER=3.65.77
  If the above "fatal store error" can be linked to the
  BPCUI0002E/BPCUI0000E messages then this defect is
  likely the cause.
  RECREATE STEPS:
  Observe BPCUI0002E or BPCUI0000E error codes when trying to view
  various web-based GUI panels/views.
