IT16431: IT IS POSSIBLE TO START MULTIPLE CLEAN_LTX THREADS TO CLEAN THE SAME TRANSACTION DURING LONG TRANSACTION ROLLBACKS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It is possible for multiple clean_ltx threads to be started for
  the same suspended
  transaction.  It is possible (depending on when the clean_ltx
  threads run)
  for a clean_ltx thread to free a transaction, have another
  thread use it and then have another clean_ltx thread
  free that new transaction underneath the thread.
  
  In such cases, the following problems have been observed:
  
  11:20:13  Session completed abnormally. Rolling back tx id 31,

  11:20:13  Long Transaction 0x455e5388 Aborted. Rollback
  Duration: 0 Seconds
  11:20:15  Session completed abnormally. Rolling back tx id 31,
