Error description

• When choosing a node access method 'Direct' and submitting a
  incorrect password of a client node then
  Recovery Agent may crash instead of showing ANS1025E (RC137)
  error message.
  
  This problem is caused by printing Japanese error message
  directly in Recover Agent log (*.sf) incorrectly.
  This issue can also happen randomly in other double-byte
  character set locale environment.
  
  Recover_Agent040.sf might show:

  This APAR can be confirmed by running following steps in any
  double-byte character set locale system:
   - Start Recovery Agent GUI
   - Select "Direct" on Node access method
   - Enter incorrect password
   - Click OK
   Result: Recover Agent Crash
  
   Expected result: ANS1025E(RC137) Session rejected:
                    Authentication failure.
  

Local fix

• Change system locale to English or use correct password.
