Error description

• Netapp NDMP Cluster backup creates a lock that prevents all
  other tape library operations from completing until the NDMP
  cluster backup completes and releases the lock.
  
  For example, If the library manager needs to satisfy a volume
  mount request for a server database backup, or a library client
  requires a volume mounted, these operations will wait until the
  NDMP cluster backup completes.
  
  In addition, server queries such as QUERY MOUNT, QUERY DEVCLASS,
  and QUERY PATH, will appear to be hung until the NDMP backup
  completes and releases the lock.
  
  The problem can be verified by running the SHOW LOCKS command
  that will show the holder of the sLock is the thread for a
  BACKUP NODE process:
