IT15802: ALLOW THE MQMD TO DETECT THE ENCODING VIA THE ESQL PARSE

Error description

• This fix is to allow a user to parse and MQMD which will
  automatically detect the correct encoding in the message.
  This is useful for an embedded message which contains an MQMD
  which was created in a different encoding.
  The change will allow a special encoding to be passed into the
  MQMD which will cause the MQMD parser to decide the encoding of
  the message.
  
  Example: CREATE LASTCHILD OF Environment.MSG_STORE AS
  embeddedMsgRe PARSE(embeddedMsg ENCODING -1 OPTIONS
  RootBitStream);

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM Integration Bus V9.0 and V10.0 using a message
  with an embedded MQMD calling the ESQL ASBITSTREAM function.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform, z/OS

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When calling the ASBITSTREAM function to parse an embedded
  message that contains an MQMD, the MQMD cannot be parsed if the
  encoding does not match the queue manager's encoding.
  This APAR adds a new value for the encoding of -1 which will
  automatically detect the encoding
  of the embedded MQMD.
  
  Example:
  CREATE LASTCHILD OF Environment.MSG_STORE AS
  embeddedMsgRe PARSE(embeddedMsg ENCODING -1 OPTIONS
  RootBitStream);

Problem conclusion

• The MQMD parser will auto detect the MQMD when the encoding is
  set to -1.
