IT15567: TPC-R MGM W/PRACTICE SHOWS INCORRECT CG PROGRESS AFTER TAKEOVER,THEN JUMPS TO EXPECTED VALUE

Error description

• After performing a takeover from the standby TPC-R server, the
  TPC-R GUI might show incorrect CG progress for sessions.
  The CG progress might suddenly jump to the expected/correct
  amount.
  This is expected and it is due to the fact that the TPC-R GUI
  performs a poll after a takeover only after 750 seconds.
  For instance, the GUI logs show:

  This polling delay can be higher for bigger environments.
  The polling delay can be set via config files but it is not
  recommended because frequent polling leads to more workload on
  the replication server side.

• wait around 12.5 minutes for the next polling cycle to happen.
